Policies

• Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length and are by appointment only.
  
  
• Payment is expected at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  
  
• Evans Counseling Services accepts insurance plans under Aetna Behavioral Health, Private Healthcare System, and ComPsych, and Medicare. 
  
  
• Some insurance plans will provide out-of-network reimbursement for counseling fees.  Filing out-of-network claims is the responsibility of the client.
  
  
• Fees will be arranged upon scheduling the initial appointment.
  
  
• Privacy and confidentiality are guaranteed.
